About The Opportunity
Good 2 Great Golf is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Golf Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This role helps create an exceptional experience for every customer while supporting the daily operation of our indoor golf performance center.
The Golf Operations Assistant reports directly to Michelle Schrab, Golf Operations Leader, and works closely with the Head Coach, instructors, fitness professionals, and other team members.

You'll work alongside golf teaching professionals and a customer-focused team in a modern indoor golf performance center using TrackMan, Sportsbox AI, Smart2Move Force Plates, and TPI Golf Fitness. Top performers may have opportunities for increased hours, expanded responsibilities, and advancement within Good 2 Great Golf.

What You'll Do
Customer Experience
- Welcome customers, assist with check-in, and help create a friendly, professional environment.
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, and in person.
- Help customers understand and reserve bay rentals, lessons, memberships, coaching plans, events, and merchandise.
- Resolve routine customer concerns promptly and involve the Golf Operations Leader when needed.
- Open and/or close the facility according to established procedures.
- Prepare, inspect, and maintain TrackMan simulator bays and shared customer areas.
- Keep the academy clean, organized, safe, and ready for customers.
- Restock merchandise and supplies and assist with inventory organization and counts.
- Follow company policies, procedures, controls, and safe work practices.
- Help customers get started with TrackMan simulators and practice sessions.
- Learn and operate TrackMan, Sportsbox AI, Smart2Move Force Plates, Square, scheduling tools, and other technology used by Good 2 Great Golf.
- Process sales accurately using Square POS and follow established transaction procedures.
- Schedule and update lessons, bay reservations, and customer records.
- Assist instructors and staff with technology and operational needs during lessons, assessments, practice sessions, and special programs.
- Assist with social media content, including capturing approved photos and short videos.
- Support email promotions, website updates, and community outreach as assigned.
- Help prepare and operate junior camps, leagues, clinics, tournament nights, corporate events, and other special events.
- Perform other duties that reasonably support customer service and facility operations.
- Friendly, outgoing, and committed to exceptional customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable learning technology and assisting customers in a technology-based golf environment.
- Able to multitask, communicate clearly, and remain professional during busy periods.
- A positive team player who takes initiative and follows through.
- Interest in golf is strongly preferred; playing experience is helpful but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or front-desk experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with social media, scheduling software, or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Must be able to speak and write English fluently.
- Valid Arizona driver's license required if operating a vehicle on behalf of the business.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds to waist height.
- Stand for extended periods and frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Perform repetitive actions, including computer and tablet entry.
- Possess the vision and hearing needed to safely perform essential duties.
