Role Description The Golf Operations Assistant on-site role based at Dumbarnie Links in Leven. Day-to-day responsibilities include , welcoming golfers to and off the course also player assistant and Range Attendant. The role involves organising rental equipment, and maintaining a tidy and professional appearance in all golf operations areas. The Golf Operations Assistant helps coordinate pace of play on the course, answers guest inquiries, and provides information on course policies and local amenities. The position may also involve light administrative tasks, handling payments, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
You will be required to work 3 - 4 days each week and will involve weekend work.

Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with golfers and colleagues.
- Basic administrative and computer skills, including use of point-of-sale systems and tee sheet or reservation software.
- Knowledge or strong interest in golf, golf etiquette, and course operations; prior experience in a golf or hospitality environment is beneficial.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site including weekends or peak-season hours as needed.
- Ability to stand and move around the course and clubhouse for extended periods, and to perform light lifting related to golf equipment.
