Are you a retail superstar with outstanding customer service skills? Are passionate about Golf? Then we have a rare opportunity available to join the team at the Mercure Sanctuary Golf Resort as a Golf Shop Assistant Manager.
You will be part of a small but dedicated team responsible for the daily running of the Golf Course bookings, Pro Shop and Services. Duties will include opening/closing the Pro Shop, phone services, golf bookings/reservations, equipment hire, repair services, membership services, assisting with cart management/maintenance and, retail sales.
Golf experience and knowledge is preferable including knowledge of the general playing rules.
Sound knowledge of point of sale operations, cash handling skills and daily takings reconciliation.
Ability to managing the driving range and services.
Other duties as required with the pro shop operation needs.
The Sanctuary Golf Resort is a three part business including Golf, Food/Beverage and Accommodation.
This is a Full Time position including weekend and public holiday work.
