The Flinders Pro Shop is seeking an enthusiastic Golf Operations Assistant to join our team. Full time role - 4 days per week - with hours & days designed to suit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• 
  Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests
• 
  Drive retail sales
• 
  Manage golf bookings
• 
  Competition, handicap, timesheet and website management (training provided)
• 
  Stock Management
• 
  Staff Rostering
• 
  Opening and Closing of Pro Shop
• 
  General organisation of the Pro Shop

You will work closely alongside the Head Professional and other Pro Shop staff. Pro Shop experience is required.

The suitable applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:

• 
  Customer and service focus with attention to detail
• 
  Excellent verbal and communication skills
• 
  Ability to work unsupervised
• 
  Friendly personality
• 
  Excellent presentation
• 
  POS experience (beneficial)
• 
  Australian citizenship is required for this role
