Located in Moorooduc on the Mornington Peninsula, Devilbend Golf Club is a welcoming 18-hole public-access golf course serving over 850 members. We are currently seeking a passionate, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Golf Operations Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing member and public enquiries and bookings
Assisting customers with retail purchases
Conducting course marshalling
Supporting merchandising and stock presentation in the Golf Shop
Assisting with the promotion and organisation of golfing events
Maintaining the Golf Shop and cleaning the cart fleet
Providing food and beverage service where required (current RSA or willingness to obtain)
Performing other duties as assigned by Management
Criteria
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable, and easy-going
Skilled in customer service with a genuine desire to help others
Experienced in golf retail (advantageous but not essential)
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Quick to learn and adaptable in a busy environment
Flexible and available for a variety of shifts across the week
Knowledgeable about golf (preferred but not essential)
Familiar with the MiClub system (advantageous)
Full-time position 38 hours per week.
Weekend work required.
