About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Golf, you will play an important part in the club's daily operations, including:
- Managing retail operations in the Pro Shop, including stock management and customer service.
- Supporting golf operations, including competition management, bookings, and tee-time coordination.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image.
- Overseeing cart hire, cart maintenance, club rentals, and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Drivers license and own or have regular access to a vehicle.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proactive, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in golf operations or customer service is a bonus but not essential.
