We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic casual Golf Operations Assistant to join our team for 10-20 hours per week. You will be responsible for assisting the Golf Ops team in the day-to-day running of the golf shop and related golf services including retail.

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Teesheet & Competition Management
• Assisting with golf enquiries and bookings
• Assisting patrons with retail purchases
• Conducting course marshalling
• Assisting with merchandising stock in the golf shop
• Assist with the delivery, promotion, and organisation of golfing events
• Provide advice on products
• Assisting with the range operations

To be successful in this role, you will have the following :

• Golf knowledge and an interest in golf
• Friendly personality and ability to build rapport with guests and members
• A positive attitude and a passion for great customer service
• Similar experience within the golf industry highly regarded but not essential
