We are currently seeking a Golf Club Operations Assistant to join the team at Farnham Estate. Helping to ensure the smooth day to day operations of our club, providing top-tier service to members and guests while supporting various areas including the pro shop, course operations and events.

Role/Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day running of the Pro-shop retail and general Golf Operations activities.Provide a warm and welcoming reception and environment for all patrons.Daily promotion and upselling golf events and Pro-shop goods to maximise sales.Regular display cleaning, merchandising, replenishing and stock management.

- Process bookings and tee-time requests including email and telephone enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist with point-of-sale activities including cash handling and other functions.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of all resort-wide products and services ¨
- Promote and upsell site wide services and facilities where possible.
- Communicate operational and management information to golfers as required.
- Any duties required by management to ensure the delivery of 5-star service.

About the role
- Will have previous experience in a similar role demonstrating a keen interest.
- Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Will be flexible in their working hours.
- Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
- A keen interest and knowledge of golf is desirable.
