Responsibilities
- Maintain gardens by planting, weeding, and mulching to ensure healthy plant growth.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, raking, trimming, and edging.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Irrigate plants and lawns as directed to promote optimal growth.
- Assist in projects such as installing drainage, bunker repair, tee construction, sod work, etc.
- Dig holes for planting or other landscaping needs as required.
- Conduct snow plowing/shoveling during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the game of golf is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for various tasks related to groundskeeping.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
