No Limit Carts is a family-owned and operated business serving East Tennessee since 2000. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented mechanic to join our service team.
This position is for an experienced, certified mechanic — not an entry-level technician. We need someone with strong mechanical skills, advanced electrical diagnostic abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional mechanical repair experience
- Mechanical certification required
- Experience with gas and electric golf carts, small engines, or similar vehicles
- Engine diagnostics, repair, and rebuilding
- Transaxle and drivetrain diagnostics, repair, and rebuilding
- Brake system diagnostics, repair, and replacement
- Steering and suspension system repairs
- Advanced electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics — a top priority
- Ability to diagnose wiring issues, electrical components, controllers, charging systems, and battery-related problems
- Comfortable using diagnostic equipment, computers, and company management software
- Ability to accurately document repairs, work orders, and service records
- Must have tools
- Reliable and dependable: Shows up on time and ready to work
- Detail-oriented: Takes pride in doing things correctly
- Organized and tidy: Maintains a clean, safe, and professional workspace
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable learning new technology and using digital systems daily
- Problem-solver: Can independently troubleshoot and identify the root cause of mechanical and electrical issues

- Diagnose and repair gas and electric golf carts
- Perform engine, transaxle, brake, steering, and suspension repairs
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Complete service documentation accurately through company software
- Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized workspace
- Ensure every repair meets No Limit Carts' quality and safety standards
