*Overview* Join our dynamic team as a Golf Course Mechanic and become a vital part of maintaining the pristine condition of our golf course equipment and machinery. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of golf course machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your mechanical expertise will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for our golfers while keeping our operations running smoothly. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for equipment maintenance and repair. *Duties* * Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on golf course equipment including mowers, greens rollers, aerators, and utility vehicles. * Repair and maintain fleet of golf carts, beverage cart and ball picker. * Conduct preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime. * Perform light maintenance around golf course, maintenance barn, club house, and cart barn. * Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and electrical diagnostics to identify issues and execute repairs efficiently. * Troubleshooting during breakdowns or emergencies to minimize operational disruptions and ability to write up estimate of repairs to report to supervisor. * Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory to ensure compliance and operational readiness. * Ability to work weekends and holidays. *Qualifications* * Preventative Maintenance and repair work on a variety of gas and diesel engines. * Perform various tasks associated with maintaining and sharpening of cutting units. * Skilled in the use of the equipment, and use of hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical repair tools. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and manual handling tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * *Join us to keep our golf course running at peak performance!
