Golf Course mechanic
The Sea Ranch Golf Links is hiring! In search of a self-motivated individual with a mechanical aptitude to join our team. Ideal candidates should be organized, clean, and self-motivated. The mechanic will work closely with the superintendent in repairing and maintaining all golf course equipment. As a team player, the mechanic will occasionally be asked to help on the golf course and with various projects to ensure smooth continued operation of all equipment. This will allow for involvement in multiple areas of the operation and not limit you to just the shop all day.

Golf Course mechanic

Qualifications
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch
- Mechanical aptitude for hydraulic systems, diesel, and gasoline engines.
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment failures in a timely manner.
- Understanding or basic knowledge of reel and deck mowers
- Basic electrical knowledge to diagnose and repair electric carts or electrical systems within other equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects
- Ability to work in wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, cold, hot, and windy conditions
- Valid Driver’s License
- Friendly demeanor with experience in a shop.
- Familiarity with golf course operation is a plus
