- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment, including reel mowers, tractors, and small engine equipment .
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
- Operate power tools and welding equipment to complete repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
-keep mower blades and reels sharp and on a consistent back lap and grind schedule.
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance techniques.
- Proficiency in using power tools and welding equipment.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
