Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on golf course equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, and power tools
- Maintain and troubleshoot diesel engines, small engines, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct electrical diagnostics and repairs on equipment electrical systems and wiring harnesses
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently to minimize downtime, including generator repair and power generation systems maintenance
- Assist with manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of machinery parts or equipment components in accordance with safety standards
- Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and equipment calibration to ensure optimal operation
- Proven experience or service technician background with a focus on automotive or heavy machinery repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in engine repair, electrical work, and equipment troubleshooting
- Proficiency reading schematics and technical diagrams for complex mechanical or electrical systems
- Experience with diesel engine repair, small engine maintenance, and generator repair is highly desirable
- Skilled in electrical diagnostics, soldering, electrical work, and system repairs involving power generation systems
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining manual handling best practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
