*Job Summary* Join our dynamic team as a Golf Cart Mechanic/Assembler, where you will play a vital role in building new electric golf carts to ensure top-quality performance and customer satisfaction. Edge-EV is looking to add 4 full time positions. We work Monday - Friday allowing weekends off. Mechanical skills and knowledge of tools is a must, but we will provide training. *Responsibilities* * Assemble new golf carts by following detailed technical specifications and assembly instructions * Conduct routine inspections of assembled carts to identify potential issues or defects * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and battery-related problems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters * Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal cart performance and safety standards are met * Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and assembly processes for quality control purposes * Collaborate with team members to improve assembly procedures and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently *Experience* * Prior experience in vehicle repair or assembly, preferably with electric or small engine vehicles * Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters is highly desirable * Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals * Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment * Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to troubleshooting * Basic understanding of battery systems, wiring diagrams, and electrical components is a plus Join us in delivering high-quality electric golf carts that enhance leisure experiences!
