We have an exciting new opportunity for a Mechanic to join our Greens Team!

Coffs Harbour Golf Club boasts a 27-hole championship course that is in immaculate condition due to the hard work and experience of our Greenkeeping team. Rated as one of the premier country courses in Australia, this is an exciting time to join the Club with significant investment occurring into the implementation of our Master Plan. We offer a great work lifestyle balance, discounts on golf membership and meals and are a fun and friendly team.

Qualifications:

• Qualifications with a strong knowledge of diesel equipment repairs and maintenance
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Experience with hydraulic systems, auto electrics and small engines favourable
• Exceptional time management skills to deal with equipment breakdowns, minimising equipment down times
• Sound welding and fabrication skills
• Implement and manage equipment maintenance schedules and records
• Ability to work unsupervised in a prompt and professional manner
• Willingness to be proactive team member to continually enhance the Golf Course Management operation on a daily, weekly and yearly basis.
• Possess good communication skills
• Maintain stock levels and ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure all mowers are set to a high standard of cut with regular on course monitoring of their performance.
