Job Description: As an Experienced Golf Cart Mechanic at Ontario Golf Carts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and performance of a wide range of golf carts. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working exclusively with golf carts. Your expertise should span across various brands, with proven proficiency in repairing and maintaining EZGO, Club Car, and Yamaha golf carts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on both gas and electric golf carts.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Utilize your expert troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Schedule and prioritize repair tasks to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of repair processes and recommendations.
• Work well under pressure, especially during peak seasons, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude.
• Document all repairs, parts used, and services performed accurately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working exclusively on golf carts.
• Proven expertise in repairing and maintaining EZGO, Club Car, and Yamaha golf carts.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
• Experience scheduling and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team.
• Thorough knowledge of both gas and electric golf carts.
• Bonus: Experience rebuilding engines.
