Southport Golf Club is a private Members golf club situated five minutes from Surfers Paradise beach on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
The Club turns 100 years of age in 2024 and offers an appealing lifestyle working within a dedicated team of professionals.
A vacancy exists within the maintenance facility to oversee, service, repair and maintain the fleet of all equipment throughout and when required assisting on course.
Previous golf course experience would be a benefit.
Electrical systems, both diesel and petrol engines and hydraulic experience a benefit. Familiarity with the Bernard Cylinder and Bedknife Grinder System is also a benefit but not essential.
A strong work ethic and ability to communicate respectfully and professionally within the maintenance department essential. Applicants will need to be physically fit.
The position is of a full-time nature; however, Management is open to discussion depending on successful applicants’ availability.
