XFIT GOLF LAB is a high-end private golf studio in Northern NJ. We offer a luxury, data-driven environment for local professionals and bilingual golfers. We are looking for a sharp, reliable Studio Manager to handle our daily client operations, scheduling, and sales. This is a hybrid role combining remote admin tasks with peak-hour on-site shifts.

• Has a Premium Mindset: You understand luxury customer service and take pride in keeping a pristine studio environment.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Client Communication: Promptly respond to inbound texts, emails, and inquiries in both English and Korean.
• Schedule Management: Strategically book and optimize golf lesson calendars to maximize studio capacity.
• Sales & Retention: Conduct front-desk consultations for trial guests and drive package sign-ups / membership renewals.
• Studio Operations: Maintain a clean, premium studio environment, enforce cancellation policies, and log daily sales on Google Sheets.

[Qualifications]

• Language: Must be fully Bilingual in English and Korean (Fluent in both speaking and writing).
• Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, boutique fitness reception, medical front desk, or high-touch sales is highly preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, tech-savvy (Google Sheets, scheduling apps).
• Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Guaranteed Pay Bump: Start at $16.00/hr during initial training, with a guaranteed increase to $20.00/hr upon successful completion of training.
• Uncapped Commissions: Extra $10 – $30 cash incentive for every new sign-up and renewal you close.
• Monthly Bonuses: Additional +$400 ~ $600/month available based on studio revenue milestones.
