We are a fast-growing live-commerce company specializing in golf headcovers and golf accessories. We are expanding into the pre-owned golf club market and are looking for an experienced sourcing professional to help build and scale this business.
Responsibilities
- Source and purchase pre-owned golf clubs from reliable suppliers and industry contacts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with golf shops, club fitters, wholesalers, collectors, and individual sellers.
- Evaluate club condition, authenticity, and market value.
- Negotiate pricing and purchasing agreements.
- Monitor market trends and identify profitable inventory opportunities.
- Work closely with the livestream sales team to ensure inventory meets customer demand.
- Establish sourcing, quality control, and inventory processes for the used club business.
- 3+ years of experience in the golf equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of major golf brands including Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, Mizuno, Cobra, and PXG.
- Existing network of suppliers and sourcing channels for used golf clubs.
- Ability to assess club condition and determine fair market value.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Experience sourcing from USA,KOREA, or other international golf markets.
- Experience with e-commerce, live selling, or golf retail operations.
- Knowledge of platforms such as eBay, GolfWRX, Mercari, Yahoo Auctions, or similar marketplaces.
