The successful candidate will serve as one of the main points of contacts within the Golf Shop. The successful candidate will have a highly visible presence while going above and beyond to provide a first-class experience for members and guests. The candidate will work closely with the Golf Professional Staff and other departments to ensure full member satisfaction from start to finish.
Key Areas of Responsibility: The Golf Shop Manager will provide membership service and assist the Head Golf Professional & Staff in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Pay: $33,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

The successful candidate will have a highly visible presence while going above and beyond to provide a first-class experience for members and guests. The candidate will work closely with the Golf Professional Staff and other departments to ensure full member satisfaction from start to finish.
Key Areas of Responsibility: The Golf Shop Manager will provide membership service and assist the Head Golf Professional & Staff in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Works with the tee sheet and tee time management, member play and merchandise with the Golf Shop
- Helps manage the Golf Shop and Outside Services department when the Golf Professional is not on-site
- Provides the highest level of customer service to all members and guests
- Assists with all tournament operations including member events, group outings and club sponsored events
- Helps with the Junior Golf program and traveling Junior Team
- Assists with all opening, closing and daily procedures
- Work as a team player with co-workers and in conjunction with other departments
- Maintains the Golf Shop environment by keeping the shop neat and orderly
- Answer telephones and record incoming calls/take as many notes as possible
- Collect all money for green fees, programs, rentals, shop sales, etc.
- Assist with all Ladies events
- Expand the Social Media & Marketing platform for the Golf Shop
- 40-45 hours per week (weather & event permitting)
- Up to, two days off per week (sometimes may only be one due to events, outings.)
- Tips/Gratuity
- $1 per grip installed (if applicable)
- Junior Golf Revenue
- Possible shop revenue incentives after 90-day review
