Job Title: Front of House Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $45k-50k
TeeBox Indoor Golf Club is an exciting new destination in Cave Creek that combines the thrill of indoor golf with a vibrant atmosphere, a full-service bar, and a delectable restaurant. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our guests, blending top-notch golf simulation technology with a welcoming environment for socializing and dining.
About the Role:
As the Front of House Manager, you will be the face of our establishment, playing a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position requires a dynamic, hospitality-driven individual with a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Management and Supervision: Oversee all front-of-house operations, including the host station, dining area, and bar. Supervise FOH staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and provide excellent customer service.
Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive and warm welcome and high-quality service. Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Staff Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet operational needs without overspending.
Training and Development: Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff to maintain high service standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager, kitchen, bar and golf team to ensure seamless service and address any operational changes.
Financial Management: Assist in managing FOH financials, including cash handling, budgeting, and minimizing waste.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, including ordering and stock management, particularly for bar supplies and front-of-house materials.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial management.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have the ServSafe Certification and Food Handling Certificate.
