Job Description:
As the Golf Course Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing improvement of our golf course. Your responsibilities will include:
- Course Maintenance: Supervising and coordinating all aspects of golf course maintenance, including landscaping, irrigation, and pest control, to ensure the course is in impeccable condition year-round.
- Budget Management: Developing and managing the golf course budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-effective strategies for course maintenance and improvement.
- Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional member and guest experiences by overseeing pro shop operations, tee-time reservations, and tournament coordination.
- Compliance: Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and environmental standards, while also managing safety protocols.
- Course Enhancement: Identifying opportunities for course improvement, planning and executing projects to enhance the golfing experience.
- Strong knowledge of golf course maintenance practices and equipment operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for golf and a commitment to delivering a high-quality golfing experience.
