Birdie's Links and Drinks, located in Middletown, DE, is looking for an experienced Golf Pro / Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the golf course and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to golfers and all customers
- Manage the golf simulators, including tee times, simulator maintenance, and staff
- Ensure the safety and security of all golfers and staff
- Train and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, budgeting, and tracking expenses
- Organize and manage golf tournaments, leagues, and special events
- Schedule and provide golf lessons for customers
- 5+ years of golf management experience
- PGA or LPGA certification preferred
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and golf simulator software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
