*General Manager* *Lead the Business. Build the Team. Grow the ParFit Community.* ParFit is seeking an energetic, business-minded General Manager to lead our location. We view our General Managers as “mini-CEOs”—hands-on leaders who take ownership of their location’s team, customer experience, operations, and financial performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality or golf-industry professional who enjoys developing people, building relationships, and creating memorable customer experiences. You will have the autonomy to lead the day-to-day business while working directly with ParFit’s CEO and COO to drive long-term growth. *What You’ll Do* *Lead and Develop the Team* * Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing team. * Coach employees through consistent feedback, recognition, and accountability. * Set clear expectations and lead by example in every area of the business. * Create a positive, engaging workplace where employees can learn and grow. * Prepare staff schedules that support business demand and exceptional service. *Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience* * Establish and maintain outstanding service and hospitality standards. * Build lasting relationships with customers, members, leagues, and community partners. * Resolve customer concerns professionally and identify opportunities to improve the guest experience. * Maintain a thorough understanding of ParFit’s golf experiences, programs, products, promotions, and food and beverage offerings. *Own the Business* * Take responsibility for the location’s financial and operational performance. * Manage the location’s profit and loss statement, revenue goals, labor expenses, and operating costs. * Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiency, and grow profitability. * Monitor performance trends and develop action plans to achieve business goals. * Communicate the location’s results, opportunities, and operational needs clearly to the CEO and COO. *Manage Daily Operations* * Oversee all aspects of the location, including golf operations, leagues and programs, food and beverage service, facility maintenance, inventory, and staffing. * Ensure the facility is clean, welcoming, properly maintained, and ready to serve customers. * Build awareness of ParFit through local marketing, partnerships, events, and community involvement. * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and local regulatory requirements, including alcohol-service laws. *What We’re Looking For* * At least two years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, hotels, golf courses, private clubs, restaurants, or a related customer-focused business. * At least one recent year of experience as an Assistant General Manager, General Manager, or in a comparable leadership role. * Proven ability to recruit, train, motivate, and hold employees accountable. * Strong business judgment and a working understanding of sales, labor management, operating expenses, and financial performance. * Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills. * A positive, energetic leadership style and a willingness to lead from the front. * The ability to think quickly, solve problems, and manage customer expectations professionally. * Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. * The ability to stand, walk, bend, and use stairs for extended periods. * The ability to obtain all licenses and certifications required for the location. *Why Join ParFit?* At ParFit, you won’t simply manage shifts—you’ll lead a business.
