We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Golf Manager to lead the day-to-day golf and clubhouse operations at Loyal Bellingen Golf Club. This role is central to delivering an outstanding member and guest experience while driving participation, efficiency, and revenue growth.
You’ll take ownership of the role, with the opportunity to build and improve systems, lead and develop the team, and make a genuine impact on how the club operates and grows.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, liaising with the hospitality team, coordinating staff, managing competitions and events, and ensuring the venue is consistently welcoming, organised, and running smoothly.
