*Job Title:* Pro-Shop Manager – Family-Owned Golf Course We are a family-owned and operated public golf course, and we are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to manage our Pro-Shop and team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a welcoming, community-focused environment where your passion for golf and commitment to excellent customer service can shine. *Responsibilities:* * Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Pro-Shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service for all customers. * Lead, train, and manage a team of staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere. * Coordinate course setup based on tee times and daily schedule, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. * Provide exceptional customer service, creating an inviting and family-friendly environment. * Work early mornings, especially during peak season, and manage long summer hours. * Enjoy more flexible hours during the winter months. *Qualifications:* * Strong background in golf, with an understanding of the game and the operations of a golf course. * Ability to efficiently manage tee times, ensuring an optimal experience for players. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff. * Strong work ethic and the ability to manage early morning shifts and long summer hours. * A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a family-oriented business. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and passionate about golf.
