Big Swing Golf, the ultimate indoor golf experience using state-of-the art Full Swing Golf simulators, is looking for a suitably qualified Manager to drive the success of its’ Virginia venue.
BSG Virginia is a steadily growing business, situated in the north-eastern suburbs of Brisbane. We require the services of a Venue Manager, who can help us continue to grow. Possessing a strong understanding of social media and marketing, along with hospitality skills and customer service, will hold you in good stead.
This is a malleable position that can be either full time (including shop hours in our Drummond Golf shop) or part time (3 x days per week). You must be available to work some evenings and on weekends as required.
There are also teaching/coaching opportunities for a PGA qualified applicant.

Key responsibilities include:
- Increase revenue through corporate and private functions along with social hire and competitions/league
- Greeting, inducting and hosting groups/individuals with their simulator bookings
- Creating content and promoting the venue on our socials
- Marketing
- Maintaining the simulators in the highest standard
- Ordering and restocking food & beverages for BSG
- Retail golf sales, club fitting, repairs, warehouse duties etc. with Drummond Golf Virginia (if looking at the full-time role)
We are looking for someone who:
- Is Proactive and energetic in nature, that can work autonomously
- Is team minded, coachable and driven to achieve KPI’s
- Has flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and weekdays
- Has a current RSA (or willing to secure one)
- Has an RMLV (or willing to get one)
- Holds a current Blue card (Qld working with children)
- Holds a current driver’s license
We are offering:

- 80/20 split for lessons (done outside of rostered hours)
