Big Swing Golf, the ultimate indoor golf experience using state-of-the art Full Swing Golf simulators, is looking for a suitably qualified Manager to drive the success of its’ Dee Why venue.
BSG Dee Why is a business, situated on the northern beaches of Sydney. We require the services of a Venue Manager, who can help us continue to grow. Possessing a strong understanding of social media and marketing, along with hospitality skills and customer service, will hold you in good stead.
This is a full-time position and we need someone who can work 4 nights per week (Tues-Fri) and Saturdays.

Key responsibilities include:
Increase revenue through corporate and private functions along with social hire and competitions/league
Greeting, inducting and hosting groups/individuals with their simulator bookings
Creating content and promoting the venue on our socials
Marketing
Maintaining the simulators in the highest standard
Ordering and restocking food & beverages for BSG
Retail golf sales, club fitting, repairs, warehouse duties etc. with Drummond Golf Dee Why may be required from time to time.
We are looking for someone who:
Is Proactive and energetic in nature, that can work autonomously
Is team minded, coachable and driven to achieve KPI’s
Knows what it takes to provide exceptional customer service
Has flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and weekdays
Has a current RSA (or willing to secure one)
Has an Approved Manager card (or willing to get one)
