Position: Club Manager

Are you a driven and dynamic leader looking for an exciting new challenge? Geraldton Golf Club, a vibrant hub located 450km north of Perth along the stunning Coral Coast, is on the lookout for a self-motivated Club Manager to steer our club towards growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the club including Bar, Course and volunteers.
- Actively engage with our club community including members, sponsors and community groups.
- Enhance the club's marketing strategy and revenue generation.
- Supervise and train all staff, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Set and achieve goals for business improvement.
- Recruit and mentor new hires, fostering their development.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
- A degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
- An understanding of sports club operation, preferably golf.
- Proven experience in management or a leadership role.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Knowledge in marketing and budgeting is a plus.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
