The Grange Golf Club is seeking a Golf Shop Manager to join our team and offers an attractive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and flexible working arrangements.
What you will be doing
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Ensure a functioning roster is created to budget and productivity
Roster management for golf operations department
Ensure purchase processes are followed in line with inventory and sales targets
Accurate data entry and stock-taking responsibilities and taking initiative with stock management
Daily revenue reconciliation
Support our members and guests with operational queries, retail item requests and orders
Ensure golf shop staff follow service and operating standards
Assist with set-up and preparation for Club events.
Process special orders for members and guests
Plan and develop product material and promotional content for member communications
Closely monitor sales trends and potential stock items
Professionalism and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with members, guests and staff
A genuine passion for providing high quality member service and a commitment to exceeding expectation
A proactive and can-do attitude with the accountability to follow-through and make a meaningful impact
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A commitment to continual improvement
Previous experience with Northstar and MiClub preferred
