Job Description:
Job Purpose: To co-ordinate, manage and organise, in conjunction with the Director of Golf, the operations at the Golf Academy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To pro-actively plan, organise and co-ordinate the operations at the Golf Academy including the lesson schedules and management of the Par 3 course and driving range.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Service at the Golf Academy.
  • Oversee and develop the golf academy operations policies, procedures, controls, and fee structures to ensure the safekeeping of assets, inventory, and resources.
  • Oversee the golf academy shop, including buying products, managing stock levels, mark downs and promotions.
  • Supervise the golf academy staff and maintenance of equipment on the driving range.
  • Address complaints and resolve problems immediately.
  • Achieve the Golf Academy KPI's for service, standards and financial.
  • Work closely with the Director of Golf to develop and implement an effective sales and marketing strategy for the golf academy that meets the expectations and needs of different customer groups.
  • Assist in organising club, corporate, promotional and sales and marketing events, ensuring that they are properly structured, coordinated, communicated and delivered.
Prerequisites:
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, personable demeanor.
  • Knowledge of Golf.
  • Self-motivated with the desire to promote and market.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning experience.
  • Experience successfully managing a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
