Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Worker to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Perform routine golf course maintenance tasks, including planting, aerating, trimming, pruning, mowing, and edging.
- Apply fertilizers, insecticides, and herbicides safely and efficiently.
- Operate and perform maintenance on groundskeeping equipment and vehicles.
- Assist in irrigation system repairs, including sprinklers, drip lines, PVC pipes, and manual watering.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the course and maintenance shop, including litter removal and painting.
- Drive trucks and off-road vehicles for job-related purposes.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while wearing required PPE.
- Support a safe and efficient working environment for all team members.
- Interact professionally with resort guests and coworkers.
- Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks independently.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of landscaping and gardening techniques.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and maintenance tools.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and operate heavy landscaping equipment.
