*Position Summary* The Golf Course General Laborer supports the daily maintenance, appearance, and operational needs of the golf course and surrounding property. This position assists the Golf Course Maintenance team with a variety of hands-on outdoor tasks to help ensure the course, grounds, landscaping, and facilities are maintained in excellent condition for members and guests. *Key Responsibilities* * Assist with general golf course and grounds maintenance activities * Operate basic landscaping and maintenance equipment safely * Mow grass and trim around tees, greens, bunkers, cart paths, and clubhouse areas * Rake bunkers and assist with course setup * Pick up debris, trash, tree limbs, and maintain overall course cleanliness * Assist with irrigation repairs and watering tasks as directed * Edge sidewalks, trim bushes, and maintain landscaping beds * Wash and maintain golf carts and maintenance equipment when needed * Help with fertilizer, sod, mulch, or landscaping projects * Support special events, tournaments, and course improvement projects * Follow all safety procedures and proper equipment handling guidelines * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors *Qualifications* * Previous landscaping, golf course, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds * Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Basic mechanical or equipment experience is a plus * Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed * Driver's License *Physical Requirements* * Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement * Ability to work in heat, humidity, rain, and other outdoor conditions * Ability to safely operate hand tools and maintenance equipment *Schedule* * In Person Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available * Standard is 8-hour shift * Typical shifts begin early morning to prepare the course for daily play *Work Environment* This role is primarily outdoors on an active golf course property. Team members work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and maintenance staff to help provide an exceptional playing experience for guests and members.
