Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall appearance of the golf course by mowing fairways, greens, and roughs using power tools and lawn care equipment
- Assist with irrigation system operation, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal watering schedules
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, trimming, fertilizing, and mulching to enhance course aesthetics
- Use hand tools and gardening equipment to manage flower beds, trees, shrubs, and other landscaped areas
- Conduct routine inspections of the course for hazards or damage, reporting issues promptly for repair or adjustment
- Support general maintenance activities including cleaning equipment, repairing minor damages, and preparing tools for daily use
- Follow safety protocols when operating power tools and handling landscaping chemicals or fertilizers
- Prior experience or knowledge in landscaping, horticulture, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to landscape maintenance and turf health
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of gardening practices such as watering schedules, fertilization, pruning, and pest control
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaborative work environments
- Willingness to learn new skills related to golf course maintenance and landscape care
