Full job description
Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure the proper upkeep of the facility

- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address any maintenance issues

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and systems

- Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance activities

- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with ongoing operations

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years golf course experience

- Previous management experience

- Proven experience in golf course and landscape maintenance, gardening, and general maintenance work

- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for various maintenance tasks

- Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance requirements

- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve maintenance issues

- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
