About us

· Lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp and use arm-hand coordination on a consistent basis.

· Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.

· Be able to work weekends and holidays, mornings, and evenings as business demands.

· Must be able to stand for up to four hours.

Duties:

· Golf course set up; including changing hole locations, moving tee markers, and adjusting cart traffic control markers.

· Mowing grass at several different heights of cut with a variety of machines.

· Respecting golfers and their space while they play.

· Washing machines thoroughly and reporting mechanical issues in a timely manner.

· Daily maintenance and fueling of maintenance equipment.

· Using various hand tools (Digging holes, raking soil, filling tee divots).

· Must effectively communicate all pertinent information amongst their team members and supervisory staff regarding daily operations.

Qualifications:

· Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments.

· Must be highly detail oriented and driven to improve the property.

· Demonstrated initiative – ability to think, work, and make decisions to solve maintenance concerns based on sound judgment.

· Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected.

· Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards, attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness a must.

· High school diploma or G.E.D. or two years’ experience in a similar landscaping environment.

· Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, team members, or supervisory personnel.

· Ability to define problems and develop a course of action.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29.5 per week
