The Golf Course Maintenance Staff works under the supervision of the assistant superintendent and superintendent and performs routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance. Staff responsibilities include but are not limited to mowing greens, tees, fairways and rough, raking bunkers, string trimming, blowing and landscaping, hand watering of all playing surfaces, and golf course set-up. Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation is a partner with Pinellas County Schools to serve about 130 children grades 5 through 8. The golf course, driving range, as well as donations, help provide the funding for this educational opportunity for the students. We have several large scale projects in the works and in the plans over the next few years, with lots of opportunities for employees to grow and develop in the golf course industry. Getting to work early in the morning and ON TIME is a must. We begin work at 5:30am everyday. Drug test and background check will be completed before starting.
