Golf Course Laborer – Seasonal Positions Available

Springfield Country Club is currently hiring golf course laborers for both full-time and part-time seasonal positions.

Position Requirements:

• Must be available for early morning shifts
• Weekend morning availability is required for new employees
• Weekend shifts are typically 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
• Reliable transportation is required
• Employees must be dependable and punctual, as daily operations rely heavily on timely crew performance

Current Openings:

• Multiple full-time seasonal positions
• Two weekend morning positions (approximately 8–10 hours per week)
• Additional openings for Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings

Season Duration:
This is a seasonal position that generally runs through mid-to-late November.

Job Duties Include:

• Walk mowing tees, greens, and approaches
• Raking bunkers
• String trimming
• Filling divots
• General golf course maintenance duties
• Employees must be capable of walking long distances throughout shifts

• Assistant Superintendent: approximately $65,000 annually
• Golf Course Superintendent: approximately $95,000 annually
