Our Golf Course Maintenance team plays an important role in maintaining the appearance, condition, and overall quality of the course for our members and guests. We are currently seeking *dependable and hardworking individuals* to assist with weekend morning golf course maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, prefers an early-morning schedule, and takes pride in maintaining a high-quality environment. *Primary Responsibilities* Responsibilities may include: * Mowing greens and other designated areas of the golf course * Raking and maintaining bunkers * Assisting with daily course setup * Maintaining clean and organized golf course areas * Operating basic grounds-maintenance equipment as assigned * Assisting with general landscaping and course-maintenance projects * Following all safety procedures and equipment guidelines * Supporting the Golf Course Maintenance team as needed *Schedule Requirements* * *Weekend morning shifts are generally 6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m.* * Employees must be available to work *at least one weekend morning shift per week* * Additional weekend shifts may be available depending on course and operational needs * Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential due to the early-morning course preparation schedule *Qualifications* * Previous outdoor, landscaping, groundskeeping, golf course, or equipment-operating experience is *preferred but not required* * Experience operating basic lawn or grounds equipment is a plus * Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team * Dependable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors * Reliable transportation to Fawn Lake Country Club is required * Applicants must be *at least 16 years of age* * A valid driver's license is preferred but not required * Job duties and equipment assignments will be based on applicable safety requirements and employee qualifications * Candidates age 18 and older will be required to successfully complete a background screening *Physical & Work Environment Requirements* This is an active, outdoor position.
