The Boar's Head Resort is now accepting application for seasonal Golf Course Maintenance Workers to join our Birdwood Golf team! As a Birdwood Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance and construction
Some essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Mow greens, tees, fairways and roughs
Rake and edge sand bunkers
Change cups and pin locations, while re-locating tee markers
Hand water greens and tees
Weed eat and weed flower beds
Dig holes and trenches
Rake, blow and pick-up leaves
Empty trash and clean work areas
Assist with irrigation maintenance
In order to be considered, you must meet the following requirements: Ability to learn how to operate golf course maintenance equipment
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends and nights if needed
Previous golf course maintenance experience (preferred)
Knowledge of the game of golf (preferred). Recommended Skills
