Be part of our Championship Team here at Citrus National Golf Club and Sugarmill Woods Country Club. Both are semi-private golf courses located within the Sugarmill Woods Community in Homosassa, Florida. Citrus National was built in 1992 and designed by three-time U.S. Open Champion Hale Irwin. Sugarmill Woods Country Club was built in 1979 and designed by Florida Native Ron Garl. Our Beautiful 36-hole property is now under new ownership and leadership. Candidates must have a winning attitude! Be willing to work in adverse weather conditions, be willing to work early, be willing to work weekends, be willing to learn, and be willing to finish the drill!
We are currently seeking Equipment Operators and Maintenance Staff to perform specific tasks to maintain our golf course grounds. Training available for entry-level positions.
Qualifications:
· (Crew Not working the Weekend) Monday-Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm (Lunch from 11:30am-12:00pm) Friday 6:00am-10:00am
· (Crew Working the Weekend) Monday-Thursday 6:00am-2:30pm (Lunch from 11:30-12:00pm) Friday Off Saturday-Sunday 6:00am-10:00am
· Each Team Member will be assigned to either the Red or Blue Crew and will be required to work every other weekend.
Pay -full time starting $12 per hour.
· Golfing Privileges available
· ½ off Restaurant Food during work hours

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- The ability to understand directions and operate golf course machinery
- Be able to work in the heat
- Be able to perform physical labor
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Perform routine golf course maintenance activities as directed by the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
- Be thoroughly trained for the procedures for each task prior to performing the task
- Be able to perform specific tasks: Line trim trees, shrubs, posts, etc. Edge cart paths, sprinkler heads, bunkers, etc. Divot filling. Utility vehicle operations. Blower operations. Hand raking bunkers. Operate Turfgrass Machinery and Miscellaneous hand tool operations
- Perform daily tasks necessary to keep the maintenance facility clean, organized, and safe
- Clean golf course machinery after each use
- Inspect all machines and report any deficiencies to the Equipment Technician
