Full job description
Concord Country Club is seeking goal driven individuals that share our Team’s mindset of daily improvement on the golf course. Ideal candidates will have a positive “can do” attitude, eagerness to learn, and basic knowledge of the game of golf.
In addition to Full Time Seasonal Positions, we also offer flexible schedules, as well as Part Time positions. Full Time Seasonal Hires are qualified for an "end of season" bonus upon completion of the golf season (Nov 15th). Overtime opportunities exist on a regular basis during the golf season.
Individuals will be responsible for all facets of maintenance work on a golf course including but not limited to: walk mowing of greens, tees, and collars, string trimming, bunker raking and routine bunker maintenance work, brush removal work, landscape bed maintenance, hand watering turf areas, routine setup of a golf course for play, assisting with implementing agronomic practices on playing surfaces such as aeration, vertical mowing, topdressing and fertilizing, and small in-house project work.
Golf course work provides a safe outdoor working environment, consistent routines, with relatively fixed schedules. In-House project work provides different experiences and opportunities throughout the season. Early morning starts allow for more personal time in the afternoons/evenings.
Employees have golfing privilege's on Monday's outside of their work schedule.

Special Requirements:
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- A valid drivers license is preferred
- Reliable transportation is strongly encouraged
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- The ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds on a regular basis
- The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be available on weekends, one 3 hour morning shift
