Newport Beach Country Club is seeking a professional, dependable Groundkeeper to join our team full-time.. From our golf course to our restaurant, bar, and pro shop, we strive for excellence in every aspect. This is your opportunity to be part of something special—join our team and contribute to our 3M's (Member First, Model Operations and Make Improvements). Ability to operate all heavy golf course maintenance equipment including tractors, loaders, aeration equipment, and all fairway/rough units Ability to operate light weight mowing equipment including greens, tees, and collar mowers Must be able to work varied days and schedules, including weekends, and have transportation to and from work Is a positive team player with a good work ethic and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done correctly and efficiently Assists in miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent and Management team; and Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
