Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces while ensuring that all tools and equipment are in optimal working condition. This role is essential for the upkeep of our facilities, providing a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Duties

• Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
• Clear debris and maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects to enhance property appearance.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order.
• Report any major repairs or maintenance needs to management.

Skills

• Proficiency in using garden tools, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and techniques.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
