Looking for energetic, organized, and efficient professionals to join our team! This is a seasonal club with peak period between November through April. Shifts will be mostly mornings and afternoon to support breakfast and lunch traffic demands. The Golf Club hosts an average of 30-40 special events a year and has projected 1 million dollars of Food and Beverage Revenue.
Role: We seek a professional and organized Line Cook to prepare food to the Executive Chef’s specifications and set up stations for daily service. The Line Cook will work with other team members in the kitchen to execute signature dishes, assisting the Club Chef and Executive Chef. Successful candidates will be organized, self-motivated, and have problem-solving abilities.

Duties:
- Understanding of cooking skills, knife handling, and safety
- Ability to take direction from the Club Chef and Executive Chef
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the team
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, consistently, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Set up stocking stations with all necessary supplies consistently
- Ability to work with speed and efficiency
- Fortitude to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to correctly and efficiently read incoming tickets/orders
