This role is for a leasing manager position for a golf cart dealership managing a 500+ golf cart lease fleet. There is a lot of potential for growth with this position & company so if you are looking for longevity & growth, this is the right position for you.
- Responsible for all coordination, billing, scheduling, and maintenance scheduling for the leasing department while working with drivers, management and customers.
- Working with leasing customers on short-term and long-term golf cart rentals.
- Completing leases, obtaining required documents & invoicing the customer.
- Ability to generate new business & maintain long-term customers.
- Ability to manage 2 CDL rigs & 2 local small trailer drivers for their scheduling (inbound & outbound), dispatch, and communications with customers on delivery time.
- Prepare transport load summary for reporting and filing which includes the trip summary, load cost, load expenses, and load revenue for each trip.
- Management of inbound and outbound event fleet carts and seasonal carts, coordinating their preparation, delivery/pick-up, and billing.
- Positive attitude and a can-do approach to work is part of the culture of the company.
- Good communication & computer skills are required.
