Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the golf simulator area, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally and guests receive top-tier service
- Lead and execute, leagues, private lessons, and/or special tournaments to maximize facility usage and guest engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with Trackman iO simulator setup, explaining game options, and addressing any technical issues promptly
- Oversee guest services including reservations, walk-in inquiries, and resolving conflicts or concerns with professionalism
- Handle transactions accurately during rentals or retail sales related to the simulator area
- Promote a fun, inclusive environment by engaging with guests of all ages, including working with children and adults, with demonstrations when needed
- Proven experience in customer service roles within a resort or entertainment setting
- Minimum 1+ Years experience working at a golf course or simulator facility
- Knowledge of golf simulation technology and equipment maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to guest interaction
- Ability to handle cash accurately and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
