```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper Lead to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes.
```Duties:``
-Will perform mowing of greens, tees, fairways, and rough. Will rotate weekends mowing putting greens`
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate and maintain irrigation systems
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas
- Help assistant superintent train other groundskeeping staff members
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Leadership skills to supervise other groundskeeping staff members
