We are looking for 2 people with golf course experience to start at a new location in Homestead, FL.

Hours are 6am-3pm, Monday-Friday. Pay is weekly.

Must have prior golf landscape experience. Knowledge of the golf sport is also a plus.

We are looking for someone Greenskeeper experience in :

• Mowing Greens
• Tees
• Fairways
• Rough

Understanding of irrigation and spray experience would also be a plus.

Must also have:

• A good attitude
• Be reliable and responsible
• Good communication skills
• Be presentable and professional
• Ability to work independtly
• Be able to have positive interactions with the public.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring the course remains pristine, healthy, and inviting for players and visitors alike. Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance of the golf course by performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and planting.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform routine landscaping duties, including aerating, fertilizing, and overseeding greens, fairways, and roughs.
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs to promote healthy turf growth.
• Conduct regular lawn care activities such as fertilization, weed control, pest management, and soil conditioning.
• Assist with gardening tasks like planting new vegetation, pruning trees and shrubs, and maintaining flower beds to enhance aesthetic appeal.
• Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to implement landscaping projects that improve course layout and visual appeal.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred; a strong interest in horticulture is highly valued.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care practices, and general landscaping techniques.
• Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, and other landscaping equipment safely.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
